In 2004 Laur Silicone developed a ONE PART® heat curable liquid silicone rubber using the EASY CURE® technology.* This advancement allowed for practical fully compound liquid silicone rubber. The EASY CURE ® system greatly reduces the requirements for meter mix equipment.

SHELF LIFE: The EASY CURE® system offers shelf life of over six months. Materials have been heated in the laboratory to over 71°C (160°) for one week without a significant change in cure curves when tested on an MDR 2000.

FDA STATUS: When properly processed parts made with select grades of ONE PART® materials can pass CFR 121.17600.
